Methodology. Every organization listed is a real, independently verifiable entity with a public track record, not an aggregator scrape. Reach figures cited are the organization's own most recently published numbers. Inclusion reflects our editorial judgment that an organization's work is real and effective, not a guarantee of its current financial health or governance.

Verify tax status yourself before donating. Not every listed organization is a 501(c)(3); some are 501(c)(4)s, mutual aid networks, or international entities with no US tax-deductible status at all. Each has different tax implications for you. Before donating, check an organization's current standing yourself via Charity Navigator, GuideStar, or the IRS's own Tax Exempt Organization Search.

No endorsement. Resource listings are editorial curation and protected expression under the First Amendment.

Not financial or tax advice. The Path Forward is not a financial advisor and cannot advise on the tax deductibility of any specific gift. Consult a tax professional for guidance specific to your situation.

No handling of funds. The Path Forward does not process, hold, or route any donation. Every "give" link takes you directly to the organization's own donation page, governed by their own terms, not ours.

Corrections. If an organization's status, reach figures, or mission has changed, reach out via the Signal link in the site's Contact menu and we'll review it. © The Path Forward.
